Featuring white brick walls, massive skylights yielding incredible light, tall ceilings, an outdoor courtyard, and over 4,200 square feet of indoor space, SKYLIGHT offers a stunning blank canvas that requires very little décor—yet provides the flexibility for clients to transform the space into something truly spectacular. The building also carries a rich creative legacy, once an art gallery to the renowned Colorado photographer John Fielder, adding a meaningful artistic history to today’s modern event experience.

We have 20 8-foot tables, 5 6-foot tables, and 1 5-foot modern wood-top table with metal hairpin legs for guest seating and other indoor needs. We also provide 200 metal tolix chairs and 10 cocktail tables.
No, most clients prefer to keep our beautiful wood tables exposed, so you can save money on renting linens! If you’d like a pop of color, table runners are a good option and look great. We do recommend getting linens from your caterer or rental partner for our cocktail tables.
Yes, we have market lights included in the main event space and the outdoor courtyard adding the perfect ambient lighting for your event!
Yes, a cushioned L-shaped lounge and coffee table are included with the outdoor courtyard complimentary.
